What You’ll Do

As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving Amoria Bond’s internal growth by:

• Becoming a market expert and building a diverse talent pipeline.
• Identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent
• Providing strategic updates and market insights and act as talent advisors to the business
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English (required), as well as either German or Dutch
• Relevant degree or professional experience in recruitment, HR, or business.
• Motivated, adaptable, and proactive in a constantly evolving environment.
