We're looking for a Talent Partner to shape how we grow - attracting and securing exceptional talent, all while creating an epic candidate experience that reflects who we are as a business. 

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Own end-to-end hiring for all roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture talent pipelines for our critical skill areas
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and forecast future hiring needs as we scale
• Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing best practice, backed by data
• Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process
• Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market
  

Experience you’ll bring

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as Talent Sourcer/Partner, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building
• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics
