Talent Recruiter

Job Summary

The Talent Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who contribute to Emerson's continued growth. You will leverage sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and market insights to deliver an inclusive and positive candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions across MEA, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience.

• Source and engage prospective candidates through Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments using structured and objective selection methods.

• Maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities for recurring and critical positions.

• Provide timely communication and updates to candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Support inclusion, localization, and workforce planning initiatives across the region.

• Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making.

• Represent Emerson at career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, company policies, and recruitment best practices.

• Support internship, graduate, and early-career hiring programs as required.

• Adhere to Emerson Health & Safety standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency, in-house, or blended recruiting environment.

• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar applicant tracking systems.

• Familiarity with localization initiatives such as Saudization, Emiratization, or other regional workforce programs.

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries within MEA.

• Exposure to employer branding, campus recruitment, or graduate hiring programs.
