  • Ensure silver-medalist and near-miss talent is retained in Workday for future hiring needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

The Strategic Sourcing Partner, International will support Cohesity’s INTL sourcing strategy, proactive pipeline generation, market intelligence capability, and talent attraction agenda, partnering closely with the wider TA team, People, Marketing, Hiring Managers, and Executive Staff.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
