The opportunity 

 

EY is looking for an experienced Manager / Delivery Lead to join our Consulting team and drive large-scale technology transformation, ERP, and software development initiatives across the Baltics and beyond. 

This role combines business development, tender management, and delivery leadership, offering the opportunity to lead complex client engagements, coordinate multidisciplinary experts, and contribute to the growth of EY's Consulting practice. You will play a key role in shaping winning proposals and delivering technology-enabled business transformation projects. 

 

Your key responsibilities  

 

• Lead technology transformation, ERP, and software development projects for clients. 

• Drive business development and sales activities, proactively building the client pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and converting them into successful engagements.

• Lead complex tenders and proposal processes, including public and international procurements. 

• Apply an AI mindset to tender planning, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and competitiveness through the effective use of AI. 

• Design commercial and delivery approaches that help win and successfully execute client engagements. 

• Collaborate with clients, EY experts, and international teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions. 

• Ensure high-quality project delivery and strong client satisfaction. 

 

Skills and attributes for success 

 

• Proven experience leading technology transformation, ERP, or software development initiatives. 

• Higher education in business, economics, law, information technology, engineering, or on related field. 

• Strong track record in complex tenders, proposal management, and public or international procurement projects. 

• AI-oriented mindset and the ability to assess how AI can improve tender planning, proposal development, and delivery efficiency. 

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. 

• Commercial acumen and the ability to turn opportunities into successful client engagements. 

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams. 

• Excellent delivery, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Fluent Estonian and English skills.
