Purpose and Impact

  

The Taproom Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all taproom guests. This role works closely with the serving team to deliver food and beverages, promote and sell retail products, and maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment that enhances the customer experience.

  

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive table-side service to all guests.
    • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beer offerings and menu items to enhance the customer experience.
    • Handle reservations and keg orders using approved software systems.
  • Food & Beverage Service
    • Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests.
    • Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible service practices.
  • Retail Sales & Product Promotion
    • Promote and sell retail beer products and merchandise.
    • Educate customers on available products and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Teamwork & Operations
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly following guest departures.
  • Housekeeping & Safety
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures while contributing to a safe workplace.
Skills and Qualifications (Required)

Work Environment (Hybrid/Onsite)
This is an onsite role in a customer-facing taproom environment. The position requires standing for extended periods, serving food and beverages, interacting with guests, and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  

Schedule: 24 hours per week (5 shifts per week)
Wage: $15.00/hour + tips
