  • Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients.
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and non-profit).
  • Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
  • Develop, mentor, and train staff in tax department.
  • Research complex tax theory and positions; defend those positions on behalf of the firm and clients.
  • Interface with clients to advise on tax-related issues and planning strategies.
  • Monitor and adapt to ongoing changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and firm associates, ensuring the client remains informed of tax implications and strategies.
  • Participate in business development efforts to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.
