- Develop and execute tax technology strategy to support organizational goals
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes through automation
- Lead tax analytics initiatives to drive insights and efficiency
- Manage tax technology vendors and ERP integrations (SAP)
- Implement data governance and internal controls within tax systems
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and change management initiatives
- Develop business cases for new technology investments and measure success
