Teaching Assistant Slough, Berkshire | £14.25 per hour | Full-Time | Monday to Friday A specialist SEN primary school in Slough is looking for a caring, patient and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs and additional learning needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, building strong relationships and helping pupils feel supported, engaged and confident within the school environment. About the Role Support primary-aged pupils with SEN and additional needs Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required Help pupils engage with learning and daily activities Support pupils with communication, confidence and emotional regulation Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team What We’re Looking For Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND or additional needs A calm, patient and consistent approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Resilience and adaptability A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them progress Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or similar would be beneficial.
