Teaching Assistant Key Stage 1

Primary School Teaching Assistant Required – St Helens

We are working with a fantastic Primary School in St Helens and are looking for passionate Teaching Assistant who wants to make a real difference.

This is a full time, long term role and is starting ASAP. You will be working predominantly in a Year 1 classroom providing support for the class teacher. You will be involved in engaging and supporting children of varying abilities and needs. On occassion you may be asked to help support in a Year 2 classroom too.

What we’re looking for:

• A caring, patient, and adaptable individual

• Preferable experience or understanding of SEN

• Level 2/3 TA qualification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
