What you'll do
- Contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP).
- Act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance.
- Identify, propose, and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.
- Find new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.
- Document work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.
- Understand and initiate IP generation in your area of specialization and participate in the project IP strategy development.

- Thorough understanding of variable frequency drive working principles
- Background of programming
- Knowledge of Functional program, Ladder logic, structure text.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
