As a Team Lead Content Marketing, you play a crucial role in driving online growth for our clients, from strategy to execution. You'll lead part of the content team while remaining hands-on in high-impact projects. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environment.

• Have at least 2 years of management experience and are comfortable leading, coaching, and developing a team in collaboration with the Head of Content

• You are currently based in The Netherlands

• You bring a growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and always looking for ways to improve and support others in doing the same.

• Combine strategic thinking with a love for execution, from refining positioning and content strategies to reviewing copy or shaping thought leadership.

• Take full ownership of your projects, challenging the brief, aligning with clients, and pushing for better outcomes through collaboration with the team

• Are confident owning and leading client relationships, from onboarding and strategy to reviews and roadmap planning

• Enjoy coaching and mentoring others, creating an environment where content marketers can grow and perform at their best.
