Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days per week on site at the client office)

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Team Lead for Online + Offline Ads Project Manager to lead a team of 6–12 Ads Packages Project Managers across North America, Canada, and LATAM, owning team performance, delivery quality, and client relationships across all three regions. This role requires a confident leader with a strong executive voice, credibility to lead senior practitioners, presence to represent the team externally, and sound judgment to maintain program standards and resolve complex situations.

What you will do:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 6–12 Project Managers across North America, Canada, and LATAM, including senior and highly experienced practitioners.
• Set clear performance expectations and deliver regular, actionable feedback.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s with each Project Manager covering package status, wellbeing, and productivity.
• Lead with conviction, bring a clear point of view, make decisions, and create clarity for the team.
• Support onboarding and coach new Project Managers through their first 90 days with structured guidance and hands-on support.
• Own and maintain team documentation, including policies, processes, best practices, guides, and training materials.
• Maintain visibility across all active campaigns and workstreams within the portfolio.
• Manage team capacity, ensuring packages and projects are allocated and tracked across all three regions.
• Keep team capacity and delivery trackers current and accurate proactively.
• Monitor all P0 projects closely and maintain direct connection with the responsible Project Manager.
• Drive operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability across North America, Canada, and LATAM.
• Connect regularly with clients across all three regions to align on team productivity, troubleshoot priority issues, and resolve risks before escalation.
• Lead senior leadership meetings with client stakeholders, owning agendas and outcomes.
• Serve as a confident and trusted senior point of contact for ongoing program health and high-stakes escalations.
• Escalate critical situations to the Delivery Lead within the same business day and initiate a recovery plan.
• Surface team-related performance, conflict, and risk issues proactively and handle them appropriately.
• Maintain an active pipeline of Project Manager candidates in partnership with the Delivery Lead.
• Lead candidate selection and interviews alongside the Delivery Lead when adding or replacing Project Managers.
• Ramp new hires through structured onboarding, including systems setup, Day 1 coordination, and augmented training.
• Ensure consistency in delivery standards and ways of working across North America, Canada, and LATAM.
• Identify effective practices in one market and systematically apply them across other regions.
• Coordinate team travel requirements, including preparing estimates and quotations for approval.
• Partner with regional leadership to support program expansion and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bring 4–8 years of experience in project management, campaign operations, marketing, or agency environments.
• Demonstrate leadership of a small to medium-sized team, with a track record of developing people and raising performance standards.
• Project executive presence and a confident voice, earning the trust and respect of clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate experience managing client relationships, escalations, and stakeholder conversations.
• Apply strong operational judgment across complex portfolios and act on priorities effectively.
• Bring hands-on experience with offline events, live activations, and experiential production, including managing on-site execution and multiple moving parts.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English across team meetings, client calls, and difficult conversations.
• Operate comfortably across North America, Canada, and LATAM with different levels of maturity and market dynamics.
• Demonstrate familiarity with advertising products, advertising solutions, and creator ecosystems; prior client or platform experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate Spanish proficiency for LATAM coverage as a strong plus.
• Hold a minimum undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrate executive presence, leadership, sound judgment, accountability, adaptability, and partnership across teams, clients, and regions.
