Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own shift operations across picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
- Plan rosters and manage frontline staff productivity.
- Monitor real-time orders and ensure SLA adherence.
- Control inbound, stock accuracy, and shrinkage prevention.
- Oversee last-mile dispatch and rider performance (if hub-managed).
Basic Qualification:
- 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations.
- Strong understanding of picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
- Experience managing frontline teams & shift operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
