About The Role 
As an Engineering Team Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping both our technology and our people. You'll lead a team of talented software engineers, helping them build high-quality software while creating an environment where they can do their best work. 

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical delivery with coaching, mentoring, and team development. Working closely with Product, UX and Engineering leaders, you'll help drive technical decisions, improve engineering practices, and deliver solutions that make a real impact for thousands of customers worldwide. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, creating a positive and high-performing team culture. 

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and deliver engineering work. 

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. 

• Help design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. 

• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement. 

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development for team members. 

• Remove blockers and help the team deliver high-quality software on time. 

• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the organisation. 

• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery. 

What You Bring 

• Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams in an Agile environment. 

• Strong software development background with experience in .NET, React, React Native, and other similar technologies, as well as strong background working in both the Azure and AWS cloud platforms 

• Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS applications. 

• Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices, and modern development methodologies. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience coaching engineers and supporting their professional development. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performing teams.
