Salary: £15.24 per hour

Contract: PART TIME, six-month fixed-term contract

Start Date: ASAP - Opens Mid October

About ARNE:

ARNE is a fast-growing British clothing and footwear brand built around a simple idea - Less is More. The brand is understated, confident and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality, value and creating products people genuinely want to wear.

The Team Leader Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be a trusted part of the store leadership team. You will help open and close the store, support the day-to-day operation and ensure every customer receives the service ARNE is known for. This is not a role for someone who stands back and waits to be told what to do. You will be proactive, hands-on and ready to lead and support the team wherever needed.

About The Team Leader:

You care about what you do and take pride in doing things properly. You bring energy, stay humble and do not let ego get in the way. You are the kind of person who gets stuck in, solves problems and follows through on what you say you are going to do. No job is beneath you, you put the customer first, and when things do not go to plan, you adapt, find a way forward and go again. You think, you act and you get stuff done.

  • Previous retail experience, ideally within a team leader, senior sales or supervisory role

  • Confidence taking responsibility for opening, closing and supporting shifts

  • Strong communication skills and a naturally customer-focused approach
