Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focussed culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Team, based at, CGL Birmingham, Newtown, B19 2SS. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service.
Where:
Birmingham Contract Type: Permanent Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.90 per annum (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)

  • Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
