Full description from employer

We are looking for confident and driven Team Leaders ( 7 positions available) to join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding production teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of electrical switchgear and associated products meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership capabilities, influence production performance, and continue building your career within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring alignment with site and company objectives.
  • Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines.
  • Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training, and performance assessments.
