Based in Basingstoke, their teams deliver with real care on every project - safely and accurately positioning kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture into new homes, on time and to an exceptional standard. Their reputation is built on reliability, attention to detail and the strength and teamwork of their people. They also work in the FF&E sector, providing on-site services including assembly, site supervision and logistics support. About the Role Want to lead on site and build a career while you're at it? This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground Team Leader role and the first step on the ladder to becoming a manager. You'll be out on live construction sites running the show, leading teams of subcontractors and employees, keeping every offload safe, sharp and on schedule, and setting the standard others follow. It's fast-paced, physical and no two days are the same. If you've got a solid grounding in site working, a natural way of leading people, and the ambition to progress, our client wants to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Work Allocation: Liaise with customers as required. Supervisory: Lead teams of subcontractors and employees on site in a fast-paced environment. Conduct construction site audits. Conduct vehicle audits. Prepare in advance for allocated work (e.g. site visits, Google Maps, contacting Site Managers and Drivers). Provide feedback and reports as required, including weekly grading of unloaders. Attend and participate in meetings and reviews (Zoom, conference calls or in person). Carry out any reasonable task as requested by your Line Manager or Support Office. Customer Service: Ensure all completed jobs have photographic evidence as proof of completion. Attend prearranged construction sites to unload kitchens and appliances in new homes. Ensure all health and safety rules are strictly followed. Complete inductions and training (online and on-site) as required. Organise local teams to unload kitchens and appliances into the correct new homes. Work closely with Area Field Operations as required. Key Skills and Competencies: A sound grounding in construction and general site working. Confident leading teams of subcontractors and employees in fast-paced environments. Planning and scheduling. Problem-solving and issue resolution. Rota management and workload control. Site and vehicle auditing. Health and safety compliance. Information gathering and reporting. Good communication skills. Experience in offloading vehicles. Requirements Essential: Valid CSCS card.
