As Group Travel Team Leader you will lead with a customer-centric mindset, maintaining measured commercial and business sense that drives successful customer and business-related outcomes and goals. As part of the wider Group Travel team, you will be accountable for relationship management and customer retention, growth, and profitability.
 
 
This role is a blend of hands-on operational and team leadership responsibilities.
You will always demonstrate a culture of support, psychological safety, and success for your team. You will be instrumental in their development and performance, including assisting them on their pathway to their Brightness of Future (BOF).
You are an organised individual; you can work autonomously and collaboratively on fast moving projects and balance that seamlessly with living the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) & FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E) DNA.
 
 
You will be responsible for:
