Responsibilities:

Responsible for observing the safety standards defined in the production process, such as the behavior of your team against these standards; immediate handling of deviations following as reduced premises in the 10 safety rules and promoting the continuous improvement of people, equipment and processes under their responsibility with regard to safety.

Responsible for observing the quality standards defined in the production process, such as the behavior of your team against these standards; Immediate handling of deviations following the premises recorded in the 10 golden rules of quality and promoting the continuous improvement of the people, equipment and processes under their responsibility with regard to quality.

Responsible for observing the control standards defined in the production process, such as the behavior of your team against these standards; immediate handling of deviations following the premises recorded by the registry and product, promoting the continuous improvement of people, equipment and processes under its responsibility under any responsibility.

Responsible for planning and training in team work, following the execution of activities and their development, classifying them using the evolution in the versatility matrix;

Responsible for ensuring compliance with the production plan and consequent programming of configurations, monitoring its execution and intervening using deviations, adjusting its adequate resources or planning and requesting / providing adequate resources absent in the area;

Responsible for performing staggered audits;

Lead your team by giving examples, grounding their evolution, and providing specific knowledge inherent in performing team development tasks. Manage these resources in ways that maximize the benefit to expected operational results.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of vulcanization or assembly equipment and its concepts, as well as its safety, quality and performance requirements.

Perform staggered audits 5S, MASP, 7 Waste Concepts and Kanban Concepts
