The Team leader’s core job is to manage a team of Content Analysts who updates the data from financial reports. The Team leader assists day-to-day management of the teams and the schedule, ensuring all updates are completed with a very high level of quality and a fast turnaround time.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with other data personnel globally, always sharing knowledge and adopting best practice.  

  • Championing AI adoption, monitoring utilization, and measuring business impact through productivity, quality, and efficiency gains. 

  • Lead team and ensure all escalation/issues are handled appropriately and according to company policy.  

  • Drive the Content Incentive Plan effectively within the team and communicate on an ongoing basis to staff around the performance of the team.  

  • Communicate clearly on Pay for Performance culture and principles and the linkage to Rewards.
