About this role
Key Responsibilities:
• Own sales strategy and revenue for the market
• Drive strategic and enterprise sales (B2B, HNI, developer-led deals)
• Lead and manage the sales team, including target setting, performance tracking, and mentoring
• Forge partnerships with top builders, IPCs, and investors
• Align sales execution with national growth targets
Key Requirements:
• Relevant years in real estate sales; enterprise or large-ticket sales experience preferred
• Strong market knowledge and network
• Proven experience in team handling and revenue growth
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Success Metrics:
