At Whistle Express, the Associate role is where it all starts - and for a lot of our site managers, it's exactly where they started, too. This is a hands-on, fast-moving position on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You'll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone's day gets a little better.
The work is physical, the crew is tight, and every shift has a visible result. If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome Station and Sales Performance
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Wash Station Service
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
- Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
- Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.

Convenience Station
- Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
