Teamcenter Support Engineer

Job Summary

The Teamcenter Support Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications in a production environment. The role involves incident management, problem management, user support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment support, and coordination with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable and reliable PLM services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Teamcenter administration, support processes, workflows, integrations, and production issue management while ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL best practices.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Application Support

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Siemens Teamcenter applications.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents and user-reported issues.
  • Monitor system health, availability, and application performance.
  • Perform daily health checks and troubleshoot Teamcenter server, client, and integration-related issues.
  • Analyze application logs and support business users with PLM process-related queries.
