Job Summary
We are seeking a results driven Full Stack Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development and deployment of scalable web applications. In this Leadership role, you will mentor and guide a team of engineers, make strategic architectural decisions in partnership with the Leaders, and ensure timely, high quality delivery excellence across both front end and back-end systems. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Lead the team to develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks like React JS, Next JS, Typescript, AngularJS and Node.js.
- Design and implement scalable, robust and secure full stack solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable backend APIs.
- Make architecture and technology decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform regular code reviews.
- Mentor and guide a team of front-end and back-end developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality products on time. Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
- Own technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure software complies with security and compliance standards.
Key Technical Requirements
• Front-End Development Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks: React or Angular, or Vue.js Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, MobX) Familiarity with front-end build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Back-End Development Expertise in one or more backend frameworks/languages: Node.js, Express Java (Spring Boot) .NET Core Python (Django, FastAPI) Go, Ruby on Rails.
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
• Database Systems Solid knowledge of relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server Familiarity with NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra Proficient in database design, indexing, and optimization.
• Cloud & DevOps Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes CI/CD implementation using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Architecture & System Design Proven ability to design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-availability systems Experience with microservices architecture, API gateways, and service discovery Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture best practices.
• Security & Performance Secure coding practices Performance optimization at front-end and back-end layers Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, ELK Stack).
Leadership Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming.
- Ability to balance technical vision with practical delivery constraints.
