Tech Lead - Mobile Apps

Lead the design & development of Intelehealth's complete mobile application stack (Android & React Native). Lead the design & development of Intelehealth’s complete Android based mobile app. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Single PoC for all activities in the Android mobile app team Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges. Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules. Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop mobile application features. Ability to lead multiple projects technically simultaneously and complete tasks on time. Work closely with System Architect, Tech Lead and Director of Product Development to deliver product releases. Requirements Education : Btech, Mtech, MCA, BCA. Experience : 6-8 Yrs with mini 2 yrs experience in leading a team. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin, Java) and React Native. Strong understanding of Mobile Application Architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture) Android SDK, Jetpack Components, Co routines, Flow, Room Database React Native ecosystem, JavaScript/TypeScript REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets, and third-party SDK integrations Mobile application performance optimization and debugging Offline-first application development and synchronization Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications) Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Fastlane Unit Testing and UI Testing (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso) Leadership & Architecture : Mobile application architecture and system design Technical leadership and mentoring Code reviews and engineering best practices Technical estimation and sprint planning Performance tuning and troubleshooting Cross-functional collaboration Release planning and deployment management Risk identification and problem-solving People Management Skills: Team leadership Coaching and mentoring developers Conflict resolution Productivity monitoring Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills Analytical thinking Strong problem-solving ability Ownership mindset Collaboration and teamwork Adaptability Customer-focused approach Benefits Great work culture.
