- Leading architecture consulting and digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients.
- Driving solution design, modernization roadmaps, and application rationalization initiatives.
- Managing end-to-end solutioning, RFP responses, estimations, and transformation proposals.
- Governing large-scale engineering programs, delivery excellence, and release management.
- Advising CXO stakeholders on cloud transformation, digital engineering, and modernization strategies.

- Driving Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, and engineering governance best practices.
- Collaborating with sales and account teams to support strategic pursuits and revenue growth.
- Building reusable architecture assets, frameworks, and modernization accelerators.
- Mentoring architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional delivery teams.

- 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Engineering Delivery, or Technology Consulting.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Architecture, Delivery, Practice, or Portfolio Management.
- Strong Insurance domain experience, preferably within P&C, Reinsurance, or Insurance Technology platforms.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, application modernization, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience in presales, solutioning, RFP responses, estimations, and executive presentations.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Microservices, APIs, Integration Platforms, and DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and engineering governance frameworks.
- Mandatory onshore client-facing experience with US, UK, Australia, or other global markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Advisory & Consulting Architect with 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale engineering delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the Insurance domain, architecture consulting, cloud modernization, and client-facing advisory engagements. This role requires expertise in solutioning, presales, transformation programs, and stakeholder management across global markets.
