Job Description

  • Perform analytical testing to support manufacturing operations, process development, and product release activities.
  • Lead and support analytical method transfers, validations, and optimizations in collaboration with Science & Technology (S&T) and R&D teams.
  • Provide technical expertise for laboratory investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of laboratory procedures, specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, EHS, and S&T teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure all testing activities are completed on schedule.
  • Own and maintain analytical equipment, including qualification activities for new instrumentation.
  • Identify laboratory safety risks and support a strong safety culture.
  • Train and mentor laboratory analysts to support knowledge transfer and capability development.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in a Scientific discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer (KF), and Dissolution testing.
  • Working knowledge of method transfer, validation, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with USP, EP, and analytical validation requirements.
  • Understanding of ICH/CDER guidelines and GMP laboratory environments.
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as MS and XRD is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
