Technical Asset Management Associate

About this role

To contribute to the continued growth of Asset Management activities across the Group, Greenvolt is looking for a Technical Asset Management Associate to support the management, optimisation and value creation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, combining technical, operational and financial analysis.

Activities to be developed:

  • Monitor and analyse the technical, operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets;
  • Supervise preventive and corrective O&M activities;
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to maximise asset value and profitability;
  • Perform forecasting and investment analysis to support decision-making;
  • Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key counterparties;
  • Monitor revenue streams, operational costs and asset budgets;
  • Assess technical, commercial and financial risks and propose mitigation measures;
  • Ensure assets comply with applicable HSE, ESG and Group policies;
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with internal Group departments, including development, construction, procurement, risk, sustainability and finance, throughout the asset lifecycle.

Requirements

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, project management, operation & maintenance or a related field;
  • Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation;
  • Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets is valued;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High level of autonomy, accountability and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Driving licence and availability to travel from time to time;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus.
