- Map business processes, build robust business cases and shape solutions that align to client needs
- Lead stakeholder analysis and process-mapping activities, translating client needs into clear requirements
- Plan and facilitate workshops, create persuasive narratives and adapt communication for delivery teams, clients and senior stakeholders
- Support product and project delivery utilising AGILE processes and practises
- Collaborate with data and technology specialists by interpreting data models, integration diagrams and platform documentation, and by applying relevant industry context to solve client challenges
- Work with AI assets and accelerators to reinvent client processes, progressing those initiatives with support from Accenture specialists
