Job Description

The Technical Documentation and Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and improving technical documentation, document access, process support, and equipment calibration activities that promote efficient and accurate operations. You will lead document review and completion activities, manages access-related processes and work aids, maintains supporting documentation and SharePoint content, and provides metrics and status reporting to stakeholders. The position also coordinates equipment calibration program activities, including database maintenance, vendor coordination, approval routing, records management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate can lead cross-functional follow-up activities while continuously improving documentation and processes.

This role is based in Mayfield Heights, OH and will have a hybrid work schedule.

Your Responsibilities

Document Coordination and Access Management

  • Coordinate the review, tracking, and completion of technical software documents.
  • Lead document review meetings and drive follow-up actions to support document completion.
  • Maintain and update guidelines related to document processing and completion.
  • Provide metrics and status reporting on document management activities.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize document development and completion processes.
