Job Summary

Glass Plants - Production Engineer
1. Prepare analytical data on the production process with daily, weekly, and monthly summaries to report to supervisors.
2. Monitor production yield to ensure it meets the company's targets.
3. Perform other assigned tasks as directed.

Glass Plants - Technical Engineer
Responsible for supervising, mentoring, and training subordinates to comply with the maintenance schedule of glass bottle production machinery. Duties include inspection, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted production.

Engineer (Personal Care)
Qualified database to design stable and reliable databases or application according to our company’s needs responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively. Coordinate for product launch and relaunch also improveing productivity and efficiancy of production including utility and facility projects

Job Description:

Glass Plants - Production Engineer
1. Analyze data to identify the root causes of problems in the production process and propose solutions.
2. Improve and develop assigned production processes.
3. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to report defects or collaborate on improvements.
4. Be responsible for adjusting machinery under your supervision to ensure it operates at full efficiency.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned

Glass Plants - Technical Engineer
1. Responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance activities for utility systems and general equipment, ensuring alignment with the scheduled maintenance plan.
2 Ensure sufficient spare parts are prepared for the machinery under responsibility to prevent any disruption to the production process.
3. Develop cost-effective designs for machine components and implement improvements to increase production efficiency in the glass bottle factory.
4. Carry out activities related to various systems including ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN.
5. Conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify and address unsafe conditions and behaviors within the facility, take corrective actions, and report findings to management.
6. Support electrical energy conservation activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned 

Engineer (Personal Care)

1. Collecting interpreting data and analyzing results qualified database to design stable and reliable databases or application according needs Application development, testing, improving and maintaining new program
2. Manufacting product launch and relaunch coordinator
3. Production line Improvement including utility and facility projects
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and specification
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and provide solution option for all concerend
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation project including handbooks to accurately represent application design
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
