Recruiter Knockout Questions
1. Has the candidate personally owned at least one complex tile/block from floorplan through signoff-ready closure?
2. Which PnR tool was used most recently, and what closure issues did the candidate debug hands-on?
3. Has the candidate led or mentored a PnR team while remaining technically hands-on?
4. Can the candidate explain MCMM timing closure, CTS quality checks and post-route ECO closure?
5. Has the candidate worked directly with STA, RTL, DFT and full-chip integration teams?

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
