Join the Technical Learning Solutions (TLS) team in Indianapolis, IN and help transform complex scientific and technical information into engaging learning and performance support solutions.

We are seeking a creative and analytical intern who is passionate about content design, learning experience design, instructional systems design, and knowledge translation. In this role, you will partner with scientists, technical experts, and learning professionals to organize, simplify, and communicate complex information through effective learning experiences and content solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how people learn and can combine content strategy, instructional design principles, visual design, and emerging technologies to create engaging resources that improve knowledge transfer and learner performance.

What You'll Do
