About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Presales Executive to support our sales team by understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable technology solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Participate in customer meetings and requirement-gathering discussions.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and solution documents.
- Assist in designing and recommending technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer technical queries.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to develop solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Support, IT Consulting, or Solution Engineering.
- Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
