- Apply established PMO processes and tools (for example, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) to keep status accurate and visible.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project tracking, documentation, and communication practices.

Job Summary
The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff through go-live. This role maintains project plans and milestones, facilitates cross-functional communication across Software Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Specialists, and Client Operations, manages project documentation and action items, and supports readiness activities so projects meet schedule, quality, and operational requirements.
