  • Supports and manages discrete technical construction scope, ensuring timely completion of all project elements.
  • Oversees technical requirements; defines and manages project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks.
  • Supports, while at times leading, the project team in planning, tracking, and executing the scope from initiation through turnover.
  • Manages project activities in alignment with Triad’s prime contract, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and Department of Energy (DOE) 413.3B requirements.
  • Reports to the Manager of Projects (MOP) and is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of an assigned project/program area.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and standards related to construction and work execution within a nuclear facility.
  • Supports development and monitoring of program budgets and provides technical guidance to project teams, support departments, and matrixed resources.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) 2 supports and manages discrete technical construction scope, ensuring timely completion of all project elements. Work is organized into control accounts and corresponding work packages that define tasks necessary to meet programmatic objectives. TPM 2 reports to the Manager of Projects (MOP) and is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of an assigned project/program area. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and standards related to construction and work execution within a nuclear facility. The role also supports development and monitoring of program budgets and provides technical guidance to project teams, support departments, and matrixed resources.
