- Lead and mentor Technical Authors, Illustrators, and partner resources at TIRC.
- Own capacity planning, utilization, workload distribution, and delivery commitments.

Position Summary:
The Team Lead - Technical Publications is responsible for leading the India (TIRC)
Technical Publications team supporting Genie's global business. The role owns end-to-end
delivery, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement of technical documentation
including Operator's Manuals, Service & Repair Manuals, Parts Manuals, Safety Bulletins,
Supplements, Decals, and localized content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Leadership & Team Management
