- Provide technical support for pre-service, in-service and post-graduate lab classes.

- Ensure adherence of safety procedures in the laboratories.
- Perform any other duties, e.g. in other science laboratories, as assigned by the reporting officer and Management team of NSSE Department.

NIE invites applications for a Technical Specialist position in the Natural Sciences and Science Education (NSSE) Department. This is a 2-year contract position.
The key role of the Technical Specialist is to take care of different aspects of the teaching laboratories and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the laboratory operations, including the safety of laboratory users.
