Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers through different communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.

Qualifications

 

• English level B2 or above.
• Graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
• Maximum age: 40 years old.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Flexible with rotational shifts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
