  • Excellent writing and editing skills to communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Create, develop, and edit operational and instructional materials, maintenance guides, and user manuals for a variety of audiences, including customers, internal support engineers, trainers, and more.
  • Proficiency in XML-based authoring tools.
  • Proven knowledge of AI‑assisted technical writing tools to support content creation, editing, and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Ability to identify and apply AI and automation use cases in documentation workflows.
  • Understanding technical concepts and terminology related to the industry or product area.
  • Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers, CAD Designers, Software Developers, Lab Technicians, Support Engineers, and Documentation team members to gather information and ensure cohesive content.
  • Performs basic formatting and cataloging of sub-assemblies and components in order as defined by established procedures and specifications.
  • Experience in creating Illustrations for Instruction manuals, User manuals, schematics drawings and assembly/disassembly sequences.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather information and incorporate feedback.
