  • To maintain the quality standard of Contact Lens manufacturing.
  • To meet the yield, equipment performance and uptime of the LTs being assigned.
  • To perform IPC (in process check) such as Visual Lens Inspection and Operator Packaging check.
  • To schedule contact lenses to be sterilized within 12 hrs.
  • To perform simple machine setup e.g. Ink change.
  • To support maintenance activities and troubleshoot machine issues.
  • To maintain 5S in the production floor.
  • To participate in Kaizen project for continuous improvement in manufacturing performance.

Handle production tasks and ensures daily target and highest product quality are achieved.

Major Accountabilities
