Position: Instrumentation Tech
Location: Mahad
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma Instrumentation
Responsibilities:
1. Exposure in instrumentation in process such as Temperature, pressure, Mass flow meters (Vortex), magnetic flow meters, ultrasonic level transmitters and controllers.
2. Exposed to Repair and maintenance of instruments. Familiar with ABB 800 X DCS and SCADA system.
3. Sound Knowledge of Various Sensor Used for Temperature, Pressure, Position Control, Read Switches, Photo Sensor.
4. Weighing instrument and controllers' capacity varying from kgs to 200T (load cells) (Persian Molen/ Nova/ Sertorius and SA make)
5. Good Knowledge of Pneumatic Control valves.
6. Calibration and verification of Load Cell, pressure transmitter, flow meters, level transmitter - Calibration, Replacement and Trouble shooting.
7. Sound Knowledge on communication network (Profibus) and protocell network.
8. Excellent trouble shooting skills in instruments like mass flow meters, pressure transmitter, load cells etc.
9. Adherence to PM schedules and calibration o instrument for trouble free operation and accuracy of instruments.
