Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Montagen, Wartungen und Reparaturen an Sanitärprodukten (Armaturen, Duschsysteme, Spülsysteme, WC-Anlagen etc.)
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung vor Ort beim Kunden
- Kundenberatung zu Bedienung, Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Produkte
- Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK), Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder technischen Außendienst von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis, Serviceorientierung sowie ein freundliches Auftreten
- Führerschein Klasse B
