What you'll do
- Assegurar a conservação, segurança e funcionalidade da infraestrutura da empresa, realizando reparos, manutenções e melhorias prediais em conformidade com os padrões internos de segurança, qualidade e legislação aplicável.
- Auxiliar na realização da manutenção na estrutura predial (reparo em alvenaria, telhados, calhas, pátio, jardins, rede sanitária e pluvial).
- Auxiliar no preparo dos materiais e realizar orçamentos para serviços de manutenção predial.
- Acompanhar as atividades de prestadores de serviço com relação à manutenção predial.
- Auxiliar na organização e destinação da sucata de fábrica (metal) e resíduos químicos de forma adequada com os terceiros.
- Acompanhar as atividades das ordens de serviço de manutenção preditiva.
- Seguir as definições internas de Segurança e Ergonomia durante a execução das atividades.
- Dar suporte às atividades das equipes de limpeza

JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Auxiliar na realização da manutenção na estrutura predial (reparo em alvenaria, telhados, calhas, pátio, jardins, rede sanitária e pluvial).
- Auxiliar no preparo dos materiais e realizar orçamentos para serviços de manutenção predial.

Requisitos:
