Under our Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering, you are in control of your caseload, while we provide you the skills and tools to be successful.
Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support our North Carolina markets. Must be willing to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (EST). Candidates must reside in a compact state.

Hours:
- Full-Time 30-40 hours/week
- Weekdays, weekends and evenings available
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina
