Key Responsibilities:Source and manage tenders for highways, NH, and related projects.Lead end-to-end tender formalities including submission.Analyze bids, eligibility, clauses, costing, and documentation.Collaborate on bid strategies and cost optimization with internal teams.Track market trends and develop intelligence on cost and competitive rates.Use bid-loss analytics to enhance future success rates.Skills & Qualifications:Strong civil-techno-commercial background.Expertise in bid evaluation, rate analysis, and market insights.Ability to lead bid strategy, documentation, and internal coordination.Proven experience in national-level highway projects.Self-motivated team player with leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
