  • Demonstrated success executing business strategies and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.

  • Possession of a California PCA or CCA certification is highly desirable; a commitment to achieving professional certification post-employment is encouraged.

Who you are:

The Territory Manager accelerates sales growth within an assigned region by developing strategic customer relationships, driving product adoption, and expanding Semios’ presence in the grower and agronomy markets. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Operations to achieve revenue targets and deliver long-term value to customers. The current assigned territory includes Northern California  and may shift based on business needs.

Requirements

Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year
