Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. In this role, you will design and improve scalable test automation frameworks, embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle, and help deliver software faster and smarter.

• Define agile test strategies and lead QA efforts within sprints.

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

• Develop and execute automation scripts with modern tools.

• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on BDD/TDD.

• Perform exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing.

• Implement cross-browser/device automation using cloud platforms.

• Use test management tools for reporting and traceability.

• Manage defects via JIRA with pipeline integration.

• Drive innovation with AI-enhanced testing methods.

• Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and practices.

• Contribute to non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).

• Ensure alignment of testing with business requirements.

• Maintain documentation and support code reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• 2+ years of test automation experience.

• Strong programming skills (Java, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript).

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG, etc.

• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker.

• Knowledge of API testing 

• Salesforce application testing experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
